Clean apartment, comfortable beds, three bathrooms and TVs, rooftop pool with stunning views. Effective AC, helpful staff, arranged late check-in. Excellent location, bus and MRT nearby. Friendly staff, plenty of food markets. Quiet neighborhood, nearby hawker center with limited food. Handy phone for local and international calls.

I had a great stay at Louis Kienne Serviced Residences - Havelock! The apartment was spacious and well-organized. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the shower had hot water. The staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool and the convenient location near Clarke Quay for jogging. There was also a mini market across the street for daily supplies. I would highly recommend this place for an extended stay in Singapore.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The service was really good, with the staff going above and beyond to retrieve our forgotten items and always providing us with taxis when needed. The 'handy' mobile phone lent to us was super convenient and helped us stay connected with our family. The cleanliness of both the room and the swimming pool was perfect. The bed in our spacious room was enormous and comfortably accommodated 2 adults and a child. The hotel facilities, including the flat TVs with a wide range of channels and the rooftop swimming pool with fine views, were great. The location was also ideal, with easy access to the Tiong Bahru area and all major tourist attractions, as well as a department store and public transport.

I had a wonderful stay at this venue. The location is perfect, situated in a nice residential area, and is within walking distance to the MRT station. The view from my room was stunning, and I loved the in-room amenities, including the air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The staff was limited but still provided a dry cleaning and laundry service. The swimming pool and outdoor facilities were fantastic for relaxation, and the fitness center was a nice touch.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a quiet area, but it's worth noting there's plenty of room for improvement in terms of hospitality.

The location is ideal, with easy access to public transportation and situated in a peaceful neighborhood. Grab or taxi services are readily available right next to the residence. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, featuring large windows with electrically operated blinds. The staff is warm, attentive, and very helpful, providing excellent service. Housekeeping is top-notch, and basic toiletries are provided. The accommodation includes a well-equipped kitchenette with brand-name appliances, such as Smeg stoves and refrigerator/freezer. Free Wi-Fi, a mobile cellphone for local calls, and visible security are additional advantages.

The front desk staff could be more cheerful.

The guest services were pleasant and hospitable. The rooms were clean and well arranged. The location was convenient, near bus stops and within walking distance to a mall. The pool was nice and located on the rooftop. The suite had two bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking.
